Newport
The scope of works at this Newport extension and renovation included a full demolition to existing lean to at the rear of the 1970s timber weatherboard home. We then commenced our new site set outs according the the working drawings for the extension area at rear, which in this case due to site levels was designed by the engineer to be a concrete slab. We continued this slab out for the tiled entertaining area at the rear also. The existing footprint we also carried out complete renovation to existing laundry, bathroom and ensuite. The three existing bedrooms simply had a coat of paint and new carpets. Once lockup was achieved with the James Hardi Axon cladding and the Rylock windows and doors it was time to fit out the interior with our fully custom joinery service including interior design services free for all the joinery. Together with some well selected tiles, bench tops, skylights and some natural hardwood timber flooring this extension turned out to be a stunning addition. Neutral colour palette which ages gracefully.
